The Villa - Amazingly Comfortable King Beds!

The Villa is a brand new Italian-themed manufactured home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The king-sized beds are brand new iSerta mattresses and the master bedroom has an adjustable bed. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. The beds are topped with high-end linens. It is fully furnished with a washer/dryer inside the home. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, a stand alone shower, and lighted mirror make-up vanity. The furniture is top-of-the-line, specifically the electric recliner with a massage feature. There are three 43 inch smart tvs in the home, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Fiber optic 50mg internet is included. A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and K-cup coffeemaker is very convenient. A keypad code will be sent 1 hour before check in. Available via phone or messaging. The Villa is situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is a mobile home park with other mobile homes around. There is not dedicated cable TV, however the smart TVs allow you to login to your own apps (Netflix, Hulu) to watch your shows. NOTE** GPS maps are not correct when it comes to the address of The Villa. The best way to find your way is to enter Pizza Hut into your GPS. The turn in for the Villa is just to the east of the Pizza Hut. Turn into the mobile home area and then make your way to #13, it says The Villa on the side of the home. This property does not have cable or satellite service. However, there is a smart TV for you to login in to your favorite apps.
